What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a form of manual medicine that aims to provide your body with correct structure to ensure correct function. Osteopathy provides Safe & Effective Treatments This is done by using a variety of methods such as mobilisation, soft tissue stretches and massage, postural alignment along with ergonomic and exercise advise. This is done with a focus on body unity and applying techniques to ensure all your body systems are working in tune. This includes circulatory, lymphatic, nerve, joint muscle and connective tissue such as ligament and tendon.

We view all factors involved in the development of the problem.Osteopathy is unique because our approach to diagnosis and treatment doesn't just focus on the injury, we view all factors involved in the development of the problem. For example, a person suffering from headaches may have started with an ankle strain or bad knee and after limping for a few weeks has developed an imbalance in their spine. Over time,all the spine is affected and cause the neck to become stiff and trigger of the headache. An Osteopath will assess all this and address the whole body to ensure the problem is dealt with thoroughly and for the long term.
